With over 10 years of accounting experience under her belt, Sarah is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Prior to co-founding T&O Strategic Advisory, Sarah was the owner of Tatum Accounting, where she focused on providing tailored, efficient and comprehensive accounting and tax services to clients, allowing her to advise on the critical decisions affecting client growth and success. Sarah previously hosted the Cocktails and Capital Podcast.
Anna Ortiz
Anna graduated Northeastern University in 2001 with a degree in Finance and has worked as an accountant ever since, becoming a CPA in 2018. Before co-founding T&O Strategic Advisory, Anna was the owner of North Shore Accounting Services, where she focused on helping service-based businesses make sense of their numbers, set and achieve their business goals by providing quality accounting, tax and advisory services. Anna previously hosted the Growth Advisory Podcast.

Samantha is passionate about creating efficient workflows and meaningful financial reporting that allow business owners to identify opportunities for greater profitability and operational efficiency. Her approach combines strong technical expertise with a solutions focused mindset.

Francis takes a hands-on approach to her work and treats every business as if it were her own. Outside of work, she loves fostering puppies for her local animal shelter and spending her evenings and weekends cheering on her kids from one soccer field to the next.

After completing her Career Diploma through Ashworth College, Amanda went on to earn the Bookkeeping Certification with the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers. She also holds the QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification, as well as an Intuit Academy Tax Level I certification. With extensive experience in bookkeeping cleanups, Amanda specializes in organizing and rectifying financial records for businesses, ensuring accurate, compliant, and streamlined processes.

Ayanna brings several years of bookkeeping and accounting experience to the T&O team, with a background in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger management. She’s passionate about keeping financial records accurate, finding ways to improve processes, and building positive relationships with clients. Ayanna is currently pursuing her B.B.A. in Accounting at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and making memories along the way.

Kenzie Wolfford is a Tax Specialist with an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, and more than six years of experience in tax and accounting. She specializes in preparing business and individual tax returns, as well as tax planning and compliance, helping clients navigate complex regulations with accuracy and confidence. Known for her detail-driven approach and clear, client-friendly communication, Kenzie is committed to making tax matters understandable and stress-free. Outside of work, she enjoys interior design, staying active, and spending time with her Pomeranian and cat.
